Just 6% of business energy switches in 2014 involved a customer moving to one of the Big 6 from one of the non Big 6, smaller, independent, new entrant suppliers.
Compare this to the 38% of business switchers who moved to the non Big 6 suppliers from the former safe haven of the Big 6.
